DMARC checker

DMARC ties SPF and DKIM to the domain a reader actually sees, and tells receivers what to do when neither lines up. It only does anything if the policy is stronger than none and someone is reading the reports.

The record is a TXT record at _dmarc under the domain. A subdomain with none of its own inherits the organisational domain's policy, so that is checked too.
