Compare resolvers

Put one question to several public resolvers at the same time. Disagreement is the point: it shows a change still propagating, a cached answer somewhere, or a name that genuinely differs by who is asking.

The same question is put to every resolver at once. Different answers are normal for a name behind a CDN and a real signal when they should not differ, so the timings are shown and never called a ping.
